Generally, we pack our goods in solid wood cases. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letters.
What are your terms of delivery?
We offer standard international delivery terms including EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF to meet different shipping requirements.
How long is the delivery time?
Generally, it takes 25 to 30 days after you confirm the elevator (or escalator) specifications and drawings, and after we receive your advance payment.
Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes. For elevators, we assemble the cabin, cabin frame, and door operator for pre-delivery checks. For escalators, we perform a 72-hour test run and provide test pictures to the customer.
