A3: We accept T/T and L/C at sight. Usually, 30% T/T as an advanced payment with order confirmation and 70% T/T before shipping.

A4: We use professional Ply-Wood cases which meet standard export packing requirements to ensure safety during transit.
Q5: What is the quality guarantee period?
A5: The guarantee is valid for two years from the date of hand-over or 18 months from the date of delivery, whichever is earlier.
